Pegasus Tech Ventures is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee records. The role focuses on compliance, process improvement, and building scalable people processes across the organization.

The HR Generalist will handle end-to-end onboarding, maintain accurate records, and support lifecycle activities from hiring through offboarding in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR Generalist/People Operations role.
• Experience managing employee onboarding.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and lifecycle administration.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding process and documentation.
• Manage HR operations, employee changes, and records.
• Maintain HR policies, templates, and documentation.
• Respond to routine HR questions and handle verifications.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with compliance, audits, and SOP/documentation creation.
