Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple HR areas independently.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, postings, offers, and agency coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and new hire documentation.
• Handle offboarding and termination processes.
• Review timecards and timekeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees.
• Coordinate with PEO (Paychex) on HR matters.
• Create and distribute monthly employee newsletter.
• Plan employee celebrations and engagement activities.
• Support management with day-to-day HR matters.
• Own and ensure consistent HR processes.
