Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in human resources or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with major HRIS platforms (ADP Vantage preferred).
• Knowledge of HR and payroll compliance requirements (e.g., EEO-1, FLSA, ACA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Director and HR Manager with key department initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Audit benefits and support open enrollment periods.
• Provide payroll help desk support during outages and payroll processing days.
• Address employee relations issues and advise on HR policies.
• Assist with performance management processes, evaluations, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed.
