Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in education or nonprofit settings.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for faculty, staff, and hourly positions.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding, orientation, paperwork, and system setup.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee inquiries.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll inputs.
• Support HR policy updates, handbooks, and process improvements.
• Assist with school events requiring HR coordination.
