Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains current knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance requirements across HR functions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, intranets and HRIS systems (Paylocity, Kaiser and HMSA).
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and staffing personnel with good judgment on hires.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience; HR certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Owns the firm's day-to-day HR function across recruiting through offboarding.
• Manages benefits administration, compliance reporting and timecard accuracy.
• Leads employee relations matters and performance improvement processes.
• Develops and communicates firm HR policy and employee handbook updates.
• Oversees safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
