Anonymous is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The role focuses on delivering a smooth HR experience for managers and staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include administering HR records, partnering with hiring managers, onboarding, benefits, policy guidance, performance cycles, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Assist with performance review cycles, goal tracking, and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters by gathering facts, documenting issues, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training programs, and wellness events.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.

Preferred Certifications
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

This position operates in a professional office environment and may involve occasional travel to other company sites or events.
