Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations across multiple states. You will coordinate postings, schedule interviews, manage pre-employment requirements, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and help maintain HR records and payroll-related processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting coordination, onboarding and general HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR team to keep candidates moving through the hiring process.
• Prepare offer and new hire documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and help create a welcoming, organized experience for new employees.
• Support employee offboarding and related administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation in systems; support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.
