Bright Research, a Medical Device Clinical Research Organization in downtown Minneapolis, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to deliver an exceptional employee experience while supporting operational excellence. Responsibilities include onboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll and benefits coordination, and recruitment support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR operations experience including payroll, benefits, or related admin functions.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now or similar.

Responsibilities

• Handle full employee lifecycle: onboarding, records, HRIS maintenance, compliance tracking, and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
• Manage recruitment coordination: postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring admin.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics to inform business decisions.
• Identify process improvements and support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
