Alliance Human Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator in the United States. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, payroll, HRIS data, and policy implementation, reporting to the VP of Operations.

This in-person position includes a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 and requires a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years HR/payroll experience. Healthcare setting experience is a plus and Paychex/HRIS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years HR/payroll experience
• Experience with Paychex or other HRIS and payroll systems preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and Office 365
• Healthcare/human services setting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben

• Manage applicant tracking and support recruitment efforts, including drafting and posting jobs, screening candidates, and interviewing as needed
• Facilitate employee onboarding, including background checks, offers, and data entry in HRIS
• Facilitate employee offboarding and COBRA notices
• Administer benefit plans and open enrollment, reconcile carrier invoices
• Administer leaves and workers' compensation benefits
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations
• Maintain HRIS data and electronic personnel files
• Assist in employee relations and performance reviews
• Coordinate staff development programs and policy updates
