The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks; travel is occasional. College graduates with HR experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention tasks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and applicants; track applications.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure I-9 compliance.
• Support payroll onboarding, benefits, and HR documentation filing.
• Maintain applicant tracking and ensure timely updates.
