Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a proactive Human Resources Assistant for Coggin Automotive Group to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. This role helps build strong teams that enhance guest experiences and business success.

You will assist the HR Manager with confidential matters, coordinate onboarding in the ATS, and ensure timely background checks and I-9 compliance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and retention.
Support confidential HR matters and special projects as needed.
Communicate with applicants and new hires in a friendly, helpful manner.
Ensure I-9 compliance and background checks are completed on time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding activities and orientation sessions.
Maintain HR records and assist with payroll/documentation.
Partner with Hiring Managers to provide candidate updates and process improvements.
Handle travel arrangements and ensure compliance with HR policies.
