Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a similar environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and develop a strong guest experience.
• Foster a guest-first culture and lead by example with energy and friendliness.
• Train, coach, and develop a team to meet sales goals.
• Create organized, process-oriented store environment and communicate company objectives.
• Set clear expectations, track results, and focus on execution and cost control.
• Assist with monitoring financials, forecasting, and analysis of payroll and expenses.
