Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the store’s team and operations onsite. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and hire talent, and deliver superior guest experiences.

You will lead day-to-day store operations, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and implement plans to boost sales while maintaining labor costs. This role reports to the District Manager and requires flexibility in hours, including weekends and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays (50 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and drive profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop the store team; manage performance.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand and maintain labor controls.
• Forecast sales trends and manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Create a guest-first culture and communicate company objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
