Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations onsite. You will train and develop a team to deliver a consistently superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.

You will lead by example with high energy, friendly interactions, and a strong focus on execution. The role requires flexible scheduling and a commitment to store profitability through effective people management and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Good business sense and focus on store performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• On-call availability 24/7 as needed.
