Majors Management seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering superior guest experiences. You will train staff, manage schedules, and align store activities with sales goals in a fast-paced onsite environment.

You are a hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills, able to thrive with a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays, and a focus on cost control and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a similar environment.
• Must have a people-first mentality.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and develop a team to deliver superior guest experiences.
• Foster a guest-first culture and communicate company objectives to the team.
• Lead by example with energetic, friendly conduct toward guests and staff.
