Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders and control costs.
• Assesses staffing and scheduling; implements onboarding processes.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
