• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs
• Reviews inventory and orders
• Evaluates cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning
• Creates and manages onboarding for new hires
• Implements actions addressing employee needs and assessments
