Job summary

Burger King in Chicago is seeking a hands-on restaurant supervisor to lead a fast-paced team while upholding guest service and quality standards. You will develop leaders, coach staff, manage schedules, and help drive performance in a high-volume setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience. Must be reliable, communicative, and able to work all shifts including weekends. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
