Job summary

You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to balance guest satisfaction with financial goals and coach the team to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and strong guest service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
