Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with staff, managers, and the owner, articulating wins and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and uphold core values.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current team members.
• Address process deviations, delegate tasks, and maintain workflow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Count registers, perform safe drops, balance the change box, split tips, and manage deposits.
• Uphold Mystery Shopper standards and train staff accordingly.
• Prepare daily store metric recap including deposits and SPMH.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure proper stock levels.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and communicate promotions and new items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to present a professional store.
