Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll celebrate new parents, introduce baby essentials, prep for school moments, and foster an inclusive team environment dedicated to product knowledge and customer care.

Lead workforce management, coach staff to meet service standards, analyze KPIs with the team, and support merchandising and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to focus on customer service on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze business performance and drive KPIs with the team.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development.
