Job summary

You’ll analyze KPIs, partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, and support recruiting, training, and development. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of retail management are required; a passion for family-oriented

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omnichannel goals.
• Analyze business performance and drive KPI improvements with the team.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Recognize exceptional performance and address issues as needed.
• Plan and report on tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on merchandising standards and promotional planning.
• Reduce loss through customer service excellence and operational controls.
