Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Georgia to lead store operations and coach a frontline team. You will engage customers, promote our baby essentials, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment on the sales floor.

You’ll assist in recruitment, training, and driving KPIs while supporting merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention. Availability for varied shifts is required to ensure store success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omnichannel expectations.
• Assist Store Manager in building and retaining a successful team through recruiting, training and development.
• Plan, track, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Support merchandising standards, promotions, markdowns and product placement.
