You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
• May assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations
