Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant leader to manage flow of service on a shift, directing team members to uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.

Additionally, you may assist with operating support functions such as Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory, and participate in applicant interviews and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
