Job summary

Postino WineCafe is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Phoenix to lead front-of-house operations, drive guest experiences, and manage budgets. The role focuses on staff leadership, cost controls, and maintaining brand standards to deliver memorable visits.

You will oversee beverage programs, vendor coordination, and maintenance tasks while coaching teams to meet service goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant management or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor staff to deliver memorable guest experiences while meeting budgeted sales and profits.
• Oversee beverage ordering, cost controls, and beverage P&L management.
• Ensure cleanliness, decor, and safety across FOH operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and budget reporting at manager meetings.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and development of service teams.
