Job summary

Postino WineCafe in Atlanta seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage beverage, inventory, and maintenance processes. You will guide front-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and coordinate with vendors to optimize costs and profits.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, Servsafe and alcohol service certifications, and a focus on team development, safety, and memorable hospitality. This role is based on-site in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3-5 years of a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control (COGs).
• Lead vendor management, maintenance requests, and safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness, decor standards, and inventory accuracy.
