The role emphasizes authentic hospitality, teamwork, and supporting service staff with training and scheduling. A degree in Hospitality/Management or related field is preferred, plus Servsafe and alcohol

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead role in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver positive experiences and meet budgeted sales and profits.
• Manage beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control (COGs).
• Conduct Bar Walks to audit wash lines, builds, and jigger use.
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Lead safety checks and participate in Safety Committee.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and development of service staff.
• Coach and train team members to uphold lighting, music levels, and guest environment.
