Qualifications

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3-5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences.
• Oversee beverage ordering, costs, and promotions.
• Audit wash lines, bar builds, and jigger use through Bar Walks.
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, linens, pest control, and seasonal needs.
• Lead facilities maintenance, PM, and R&M budgets.
• Provide updates on budget spend and projects at manager meetings.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and development of service and host teams.
