Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of HR, office admin, or related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn HRIS/ATS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; read/write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employees, candidates, and visitors via phone, email, and in person inquiries.
• Support recruitment processes: postings, communication, scheduling, onboarding.
• Coordinate and process new hire/transfer documentation; maintain confidential records.
• Maintain HR documentation, records, training, and audits; ensure compliance.
