Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR or office administration experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Warm, professional communication and responsive service.
• Ability to balance interaction with administrative tasks.
• Experience with Paylocity and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or entities is helpful.
• aPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and orientation logistics to create a welcoming experience.
• Maintain employee records in Paylocity and other systems.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and communications.
• Track forms, trainings, and deadlines across states.
• Coordinate onboarding materials for new agencies joining the company.
• Provide HR and administrative support to offices and agencies.
• Respond to routine HR questions and direct complex items appropriately.
