Responsibilities

• Unpack boxes.
• Communicate with residents about placement of belongings.
• Offer placement suggestions for belongings and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture as time permits.
• Show residents their storage areas and parking spots.
• Place work orders when needed.
• Answer questions or direct to the contact person.
• Dispose of all boxes and trash at move end.
• Record resident total working hours for monthly billing.
