La Posada at Park Centre is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in beautiful Green Valley, Arizona. Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department. This role coordinates key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, employee communications, and HR programs.
As a trusted resource for employees and leaders, the HR Coordinator delivers timely, accurate, and professional support while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Working closely with HR leadership and departments across the organization, this position plays an important role in fostering a positive employee experience and supporting La Posada's mission, values, and organizational goals.

Skills and Abilities
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, customer service, or a related field required. Prior experience supporting HR functions, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, or HRIS systems preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to learn and effectively utilize HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and other department-specific software.
Bilingual English/Spanish required; must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
Work in an office environment which is climate controlled. May occasionally have to be outside exposed to temperature and varied weather conditions.
