Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 2+ years of demonstrated knowledge of employee benefits.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across the HR department with additional HR-related projects and responsibilities as needed.
• Coordinate and support employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other company-sponsored programs.
• Assist with new hire enrollment, open enrollment, qualifying life events, benefit changes, and employee status changes.
• Support recruiting efforts including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
