Job summary

Select Medical's Oxford, FL facility is hiring a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to be the on-site HR presence. This full-time, M-F day position partners with HR Shared Services and hospital leaders to coordinate payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee data across the lifecycle.

You will advise employees and managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape a positive, high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field (commensurate experience may be considered).
• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Healthcare HR experience with Joint Commission/CMS exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and coordinates day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partners with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, data, and HR administration.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws, licensing, and regulatory standards.
• Acts as the local expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Supports employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Contributes to building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
