Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Record Management: Maintain physical and digital employee files, update information, track attendance, and manage records.
• Recruitment Support: Publish job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with orientation and exit paperwork processing.
• Data Entry: Update HR databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Administrative Tasks: Answer policy questions, process payroll documents, and prepare reports.
