Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR department. Responsibilities include facilitating new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with staffing schedules among other duties.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of HR experience, along with strong communication and data entry skills. The position is full-time, in-person at St Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO, and offers numerous health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding including orientation paperwork and policy education.
• Maintain employee records ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Assist with staffing schedules and support department leaders.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies.
• Prepare HR reports and support hospital initiatives.
• Track and verify employee licensure certifications and required training.
