Job summary

DRG Meats Alaska LLC, operating Arby’s restaurants in Alaska, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on duty. You will motivate the team, deliver 5-star customer service, and act as MIC, ensuring policies are followed.

Preferred candidates have 6 months to 1 year restaurant leadership, are 18+, hold a Health Card, speak English, and can pass a background check. SERVSAFE certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience, with proven leadership experience across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and maintain professional appearance.
• Play an active role in training and developing individuals interested in leadership roles.
• Serve as the Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Keep upper leadership informed about any issues that arise at the restaurant.
