DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking a Multi Restaurant Leader to mentor teams, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive profitable operations across multiple Arby’s locations in Alaska. The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to safety standards, and strong financial performance.

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of proven restaurant leadership, SERV Safe certification, and a flexible 45-hour week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of high-potential employees.
• Drive world-class operational excellence and customer service.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Lead and collaborate with upper management and restaurant teams.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to foster growth and learning.
