Qualifications

• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to create product orders and control costs.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedule; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
