Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.

• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Ensures quality and operating standards are met.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling for QSC adherence.
• Manages cash handling, HACCP logs, and daily numbers.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates cost controls and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitors staffing levels and onboarding of new hires.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs.
