Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.

• Collaborates with the General Manager to improve guest metrics via action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates cost-control measures.
• Monitors production planning and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Schedules and manages new team member onboarding.
• Implements actions to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
