Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations on the AMZL team. You’ll foster employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence onsite, partnering with PXT and Operations to resolve issues and drive improvements.

You'll handle frontline employee inquiries, execute standard work, and coach leaders on engagement, communication, and use of HR tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years of Amazon experience with HR exposure also acceptable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience handling confidential information and communicating complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and maintaining documentation of HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in gathering feedback through roundtables and engagement activities; track issues and drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives and logistics.
• Track PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service HR tools to resolve routine questions and identify improvement opportunities.
