Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) within an onsite facility. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence across site operations.

You will build partnerships, coach leaders, handle confidential information, and use data-driven HR tools to enhance the employee experience while navigating complex issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnerships with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, SLAs, and accurate documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive resolutions to improve employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and tool usage to improve communication and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvements.
