Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner within the NACF People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team to enhance employee experience, engagement, and leadership development at on-site facilities. You will execute standard HR processes, support frontline leaders, and leverage data and HR tools to drive improvements in employee experience.

You will collaborate across PXT and Operations, coach leaders on PXT practices, and maintain strong partnerships to resolve issues with sound judgment in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience OR equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, manufacturing).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meet SLAs, document HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, address concerns, escalate when needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities).
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors impacting engagement and retention.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Learn to track PXT data trends and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and improve usability.
