Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner within NACF PXT to support HR operations, engagement, and leadership development onsite at a facility in California. You will execute standard HR processes, coach leaders, and drive engagement initiatives while building partnerships across site operations.

You’ll work with data tools to summarize trends and support site reviews. The role emphasizes confidential handling, effective communication, and a customer-centric HR approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience OR equivalent experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnerships.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate as needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews or discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify opportunities to improve adoption.
