Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations at a NACF site in New Jersey. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

You will work onsite, partner with PXT and Operations, coach leaders, and use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and tools. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and customer-centric HR support is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience with HR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs and partner with PXT and Operations to foster a positive employee experience
• Execute standard HR workflows with quality and timeliness and document interactions
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate issues as needed
• Assist in engagement activities and track feedback channels to drive improvements
• Coach frontline leaders on PXT practices to boost engagement and retention
• Support site-level engagement initiatives and monitor effectiveness
• Track HR data and prepare insights for reviews and leadership discussions
• Promote self-service HR tools to improve user adoption and resolve routine questions
