Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations at the NACF site in Kansas City. You will strengthen employee engagement, coach leaders, and ensure consistent HR processes while protecting confidential information.

You will work on-site, collaborate across operations, and use data-driven insights to drive people initiatives and improve the employee experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience with 1-year HR general experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness while maintaining documentation of HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate engagement activities and feedback channels to drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, tools, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT metrics and prepare insights for reviews and discussions.
• Promote self-service HR tools and identify adoption opportunities.
