Job summary

Amazon, located in Carteret, NJ, seeks an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations on-site within NACF. You will drive employee engagement, coach leaders, handle confidential information, and guide HR processes with a data-driven approach.

You’ll partner with site operations to reinforce workplace standards, execute programs, and ensure timely issue resolution, contributing to a culture of performance and trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, or 2+ years Amazon experience with HR/general experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support; respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in running engagement activities and track feedback channels; drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and effective tool use to improve communication.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives, coordinating logistics and gathering feedback.
