You will partner with HR and operations to address recurring concerns, remove barriers, and create targeted action plans from engagement data.

The role emphasizes listening strategies, measurable outcomes, and leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in Human Resources, employee experience, or analytics preferred.
• Experience owning retention, engagement, or listening strategies preferred.
• Experience creating scorecards, dashboards, and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute initiatives to improve employee connection, communication, recognition, growth, and manager support.
• Partner with HR and operational leaders to address recurring employee concerns and remove barriers.
• Create targeted action plans based on engagement and retention data.
• Support employee listening strategies: pulse surveys, onboarding check-ins, stay interviews, exit reviews.
• Translate feedback into clear recommendations, owners, timelines, and outcomes.
• Coach managers on employee experience practices and escalate risks with corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly updates for senior leadership on risks, wins, trends, and next steps.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for visibility into trends.
